"Medieval Teachers and Students: A Roundtable in Honor of Arthur Groos", submission deadline approaching

The Cornell University Graduate Program in Medieval Studies and the Society for Medieval Germanic Studies (SMGS) welcome submissions for the session Medieval Teachers and Students: A Roundtable in Honor of Arthur Groos at the 56th International Congress on Medieval Studies at Western Michigan University May 13-May 15, 2021, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Although intended to honor Professor a notable American scholar of medieval German literature (recently emeritus at Cornell University), all participants will be considered who wish to present on the theme of “medieval teachers and students,” not only those who know Professor Groos personally or who are familiar with his work. Papers/Presentations should be limited to 10 minutes. Please send a presentation title and a brief abstract by September 15 to:
